This recessed seat wash unit retracts the toilet seat into a cabinet where it is washed and dried ready for the next user.

CONCEPT - The Exeloo seat wash unit was designed to provide a clean toilet seat for each public toilet user but only when required. Most seat washers currently available require the seat to be on the toilet pan at all times while the user is in the cubicle which can be difficult for men using the toilet facility. The Exeloo seat wash unit is designed to operate safely while the user is in the toilet cubicle so, upon entry, the toilet pan is provided with no toilet seat. If the toilet seat is required, a touch free sensor button can be activated and the clean dry seat is lowered onto the toilet pan in 10 seconds.

ROBUST CONSTRUCTION - The Exeloo seat wash unit is fully assembled in stainless steel and the seat itself is injection moulded fibreglass ensuring a robust seat wash facility that is very difficult to damage in any way by vandalism.

HYGIENE - The Exeloo seat wash unit retracts the toilet seat into the cabinet and blasts it with water sprays before drying as it moves into position. Independent University tests have confirmed that this system mechanically removes 99.9% of the bacteria on the toilet seat and leaves the seat clean and dry ready for use. The clean public toilet experience is further enhanced by the use of Exeloo’s unique touch free sensor switch to lower the seat when required, eliminating the need to touch any surfaces in the toilet cubicle other than the clean seat itself which is washed after every use.

SAFETY - The sliding door and retracting seat operation are operated with small low voltage electric motors that will stall if any pressure exceeds normal levels. The delivery of the seat and closing of the door are operated solely by gravity ensuring that these items can easily be lifted by the customer to release any obstruction. This patented gravity operating system allows the toilet seat to be delivered on request so it can remain in the cabinet unless required.

ECONOMIC OPERATION - The Exeloo seat wash does not require chemical aids so there is no on-going purchase requirements for specific cleaning products. This system also works off the mains pressure water supply so there is no water pump to maintain or replace.

QUALITY APPEARANCE - The stainless steel facing to this toilet facility provides a very high quality appearance that is easy to clean and maintain over a very long service life.

SERVICE ACCESS - It is necessary to have a service area of at least 1200mm behind the back wall of the toilet cubicle to accommodate the seat washer unit and provide an area for cleaners and maintenance staff to have access into the back of the seat wash unit.

CONNECTIONS - The seat wash unit needs to be connected to the mains water supply, the sewer connection and a normal mains power supply.
